FedEx Gucci gym
I have day hub turns next month and I'm looking for something to do during the turn. I heard about the gym in the Gucci building. I have no car. Is there a shuttle that runs to the gym? Are there showers at that gym or do you have to use the showers by the sleep rooms? Any idea what it cost?

However, be very careful because it is located in Tennessee and therefore the showers probably only work on Fridays, and not every Friday at that. And while I'm at it, if those showers are communal, and there are guys in there that are ex-Navy, and you'll know who they are, because they'll tell you so, don't under any circumstances drop the soap.

shuttle from AOC, just ask driver. $5 per visit.
At gucci bldg, go thru front door take a right, going thru glass doors as if you were going to the cafeteria. Take a left past the restrooms, where hallway transitions from industrial tile to concrete. Gym at the end of the hall on the right.
They will provide a lock & towel.
Alternatively there is a gym in the ANG bldg on the southeast side of the airfield. Free, but only one shower, and unknown locker situation. You'll likely need a DoD ID card to get in thru the gate.
