Ok....doing the 09/12/12 300 Differences Rev current 300's.... 219CY, 220CY, 317CM, 363CM, 364CM are the ones added to the ABX certificate to date. Talked to management today...#6 and #7 still to be added this year. Aircraft number 8 now to be added in 1st 1/4 next year. So I will revise my estimate to 7 300's since 220CY added in June. Now please remember this is aviation.....is this set in concrete?....again is this set in concrete?.....no. Is ABX guaranteed to expand in ASIA.....come on do I really have to answer that one? Is ATI even with their "team"(as another poster said) in place as we speak guaranteed to expand in ASIA...again do I even have to answer that. No more guaranteed than ATI will destroy another airframe anytime soon. The only guarantee is ATI crews are willing to work more for a lot less....again do not shoot the messenger this is the standard management mantra...
You seem to be having a hard time telling the difference between facts and lower levels of information. This seems to be combined with your tendancy to accept or reject information based on whether or not it fits with what you want to be true.
It seems that you saw or heard something during recurrent on 09/12/12 that led you to believe that 364CM has been added to the ABX certificate. In order to add an aircraft to the certificate, they would have to inform the FAA. The FAA has information about the aircraft on the ABX certificate at Federal Aviation Administration - Airline Certificate Information - Aircraft Detail This information is updated every business day at midnight. The FAA data shows that ABX has two 767-338s and two 767-383s for a total of four. That matches 219CY, 220CY, 317CM, and 362CM. In addition, it seems likely that 363CM will be added at some time for a total of five.
In addition to those, ATSG has two more 767-300s in the pipeline. They are 364CM and 365CM. Those must the the ones you identified as the 6th and 7th that you say an anonymous "manager" said would be going to ABX. One again, you can believe that rumor when those planes show up on the ABX certificate according to the FAA. They could go to ABX, ATI or an external customer. In addition to those, there is the one you identified as the 8th plane that does not even exist.
Then there is your explanation of ABX scope which seems to be a similar mix of things you hears, some facts and filtered through you ideas about how you want the world to be.

How do you figure? It happened after I left but 763CX is now back in MIA flying for Lan again (ABX covered it for a few weeks/months). This indicates that the -200 was far from "destroyed" in BAH.

Lets put it another way.....
ATI didn't "destroy" a 767. N761CX/2CX and 312AA are all back flying in BAH and 763CX is back flying for Lan Cargo after covering for the "damaged" plane in BAH. Tie in the two -300s (one in MIA and one in BAH) and you have far more then "4" active airplanes. Like I said above, these numbers doesn't even count the DC8 side of things.
ATI is in the position to take on more business. Simple as that. The new Asia DHL stuff sounds like a real possibility and the long term plans I've heard are calling for two -200s and two -300s (364/5CM logically). That means two more -200s have to come from somewhere unless Lan finally dumps the -200 flying as more of their own 777s continue to come on-line.
Dog, you're correct though in saying nothing is a sure thing in aviation. Even more so in the 121 supplemental side of things. Heck, one of the "promising" things in the works at ATI when I left was a -300 pax plane doing U.K. to Russia/China. So its all up in the air for sure BUT this DHL Asia sounds more and more likely each day.

Great News
Just found out that ATI secured another -200 (non-IS&S panel from CAM) for a new contract that should start very soon. It would seem that ATI gets new work and ABX doesn't lose any aircraft at this time!
