Please tell me where the error in my ways lies. If they wanted a barometer of my willingness to go to the mats on the contract, I left them with little doubt. Why exactly is that bad?

PIPE
I don't think your answers are the problem, PIPE. If all 2000 guys ripped them to pieces that would seem like a good thing. The problem is that they have now made an end run around the Association and "our" team. Now, that communication channel is open and like every good virus, it spreads. Now they have a direct line to the crew force and instead of 1 unified voice, they have access to 4600 independent voices that would now be used for fragmentation and divisive dealings. The bigger problem is that not everyone answered like you. Now they have ammo that they can selectively use and say "some of the pilots are really happy with us", even if it was only three guys.

Not bashing you in any way, glad you lit them up, just giving my $.02.

Cheers- Haz

Again, I'd be happy if my fleet captain would have just answered the 3 emails I sent him in the past week, that I've yet to gGet an answer to. I would write his boss, but from what I have heard, the fleet captains are doing the work of 20 people and are barely able to keep up with the daily crisis management - and my guy is a good guy, so if he isn't responding, he is truly elbows and *knuckles* trying to get stuff done.

BTW, what is the ** rumor? Please illuminate us? Since his son in law got hired, I guess his mission in life is complete...

Glad we had this little chat.
This guy quit SWA and came here too funny!

Truly hilarious video. Especially the line "we make examples of a few, and the others fall in line."

Can't help but chuckle when I see these emails from the VP, tales from the dark side, and other words from the holy mountain. They're trying, but I keep thinking of this silly video.

Logbook?
