Sorry, but there aren't many threads on APC started to proclaim how peachy life is at any airline. It actually sounds like you formulate your opinions by reading our 'shop talk', on various message boards.
I choose to base my opinion on the sheer number of applications, and interest from active pilots with other US carriers.

Actually, it is us MEM based guys b!tching about the mustard and the bags. Not the EMEA guys. Time to shell out .99 Euros for my own mustard! Oh well. Maybe I wont need it if I order the curry sandwich. Heard it was good....

They be *****ing even more once they start flying for 88k a yr all over again. That is 65185 euro to be exact. Oh wait i forgot you guys upgrade lot faster than we do here so its ok.
