Please list, specifically, what you believe the company would have offered us (our negotiators) in exchange for the CGN FDA if we had "held out" and not just "given away" that leverage.
Please don't include the 6% pay raise, FDA LOA "enhancements", or any other improvement or additional benefit (Safety programs) that we actually DID get in this current CBA.
Also, while you're at it, please list all concessions that we gave back to the company during that negotiation.
Thanks in advance.

Uhhhh....Just off the top of my head, the sick leave policy was changed. And, not in our favor. By "our", I mean the line pilots.

Can one of you who keeps beating the dead horse of "giving away any and all leverage" please do us all a favor?

Past and present
They needed the FDA LOA to get CGN up and running. Lots of leverage. Nhuge savings forme company, and we gave up bodies for that...less needed for manning.
Didn't address 4a2b. Still can happen, still weak language and it has freebies attached(777 untouchable)
Accepted fares not addressed.
We negotiated for a safety program the FAA was going to force on FDX anyhow.
FDA package wasn't negotiated for the most part, the company came back to ALPA and offered most of what we have now...we did very minor improvements on their offer.
We have no move back package exit plan to return. Coming out we get 30 hotel days and some money to defray moving costs - 30 percent less than what they got for Subic I might add.
Lots of stuff left on table, and 4a2b coming back easily recoups the 6% pay raise.
Present:
In work, restructure of fleet underway, 767 coming in, retiring planes already in storage...probably some retirement offers coming, and those positions won't be filled or absorbed into other jobs, (don't hold your breath for that to apply to pilots)...more work efficiencies. Getting rid of all the ACPs saved some money, and utilizing reserves more efficiently...and other subtle things probably already being talked about with our "transparent" MEC...

And I dont know what the Company would have specifically offered us for the CGN FDA because I dont have a crystal ball. We never waited long enough to find out. But if they offered us nothing and were not able to open CGN under the then present terms of our contract, I would say that that gave us more leverage.
And, someone else has given a list of perceived concessions.

I will try my hand at looking into the crystal ball: The re-inventing of flight operations is already well underway. That means hiring non-seniority holders as professional instructors, ACP's, tech pilots, etc and shortening the length of training. The right-sizing and modernization of the fleet is also underway. So the announcements planned for this Fall will need to go further to achieve the stated two thirds of the increase in margins desired. I expect that means changes in system form, such as eliminating the day sort at regional hubs, or more dramatically, changing the product offerings and eliminating the day sort altogether i.e., truck all domestic deferred.
