Bobby go read post 47 again. I did not cast any dispersions on anyone. Quote the fricking maddow comment. I want to see it. If there is a maddow here it is your buddy browncow. Who keeps insisting I want the IPA to adopt 4Ab. I dont care what the IPA does.
You gave a 2nd hand account of how 4A2b was abused by the fdx. I acknowledged that. Again I only respond here when someone mischaracterizes 4A2b.
You have some that think that 4A2b is a give back. Some of us dont think so. Obviously reasonable men can not disagree. We mjust conform or sideshow will accuses us of going balisitic.

You have been Maddow-like primarily with others, but now with me, as evidenced by the forum equivalent of stuttering...jumbled words like "mjust". Much of the other's points is that 4a2b, while in Fred's hands is apparently fairly benign, in UPS' it would be the bubonic plague. You, in #42 sell it as a tonic for the entire industry's woes. This is what I first responded to.

"But I get the impression that some pilots at brown and even FDX think that our 4A2b provision is a give back. In my opinion it is not. While I wish that we had stronger language to enforce the sharing of the pain, it does work to keep juinior guys employed. I think that is not only good for the junior guys but the profession as a whole."
And out of that you get I think it is the solution to the indusries woes. Good call Ms Maddow.

It is much better to insinuate something than to back it up with facts. No deflection here.
I missed the part where I said IPA should adapt this immediately. BTW you didnt answer my direct question "So what are the facts?"
