???? UPS July Recalls ????

Yo flash, I though my response to you was polite, contrite and professional. Just like I thought your question was. I responded to your buddy little newman in exactly the same tone he resonded to me. I think you might be a little touchy there.
Like I said I dont know who has the better contract, there are certainly some parts of yours I like better and I am pretty sure there are some parts of ours that you would like better.
See Bob, it aint me.
Great glad you like your furlough provisions. I like ours.

But hey, it's a public forum, so have a great time continuing to tell us how great you are.

Who's the sensitive one now??? With your pushing of 4a2b and condescending tone re: how much better your contract is, you're quickly becoming the purple version of Brownie. Running your mouth about the inner workings of a company in which you don't work is just as funny as your nemesis.
But hey, it's a public forum, so have a great time continuing to tell us how great you are.

For the umpteenth time. Please find a post were I tell you how much better my contract is. Did you read the quote you posted? I dont think you will find a post where I say our contract is better. But if you do I'll bet I can find 10 more with snide half pay comments on your side.
I responded to you professionally until this last point, but I get the impression that you have sold magazine subscriptions door to door at some point because you don't seem to understand when something isn't wanted no matter how many times multiple people tell you NO.

You mean like the ones where you say " how's that furlough language working for ya" or "our guys still have jobs, and yours don't". You've said statements like that many, many times.

All those times I said no thanks and yet heard what may have been LAG keep talking for five more minutes through the door?
Just bustin' balls, LAG...don't go Maddow on me.

I dont care if you want it or not. I just respond to the misrepresentations.

Looks like I made Olbermann's worst person in the world list thanks kieth.
You guys are pretty good at deflection. Here is the deal, you dont say anything about 4A2b and I wont correct you. You talk about UPS and I'll talk about FDX.

Ah so now I am not saying our contract is great, You just dont like me pointing out that our anti furlough provisions were in play less than your actual furlough provisions. Any comments I have made have been in kind and in response. Cant find one where I start it can you.
I dont care if you want it or not. I just respond to the misrepresentations.

Glad you like it and it works for you, but until you have worked for ups you can't understand how they operate.

So we can't say we don't want 4a2b without you riding in on your purple horse to set us all straight?
I don't talk or think about FDX much, so your last sentence shouldn't be an issue for me.

I'm not deflecting, in this case you're not intellectually adept at seeing and addressing my point. I merely asked what other professions have your system in place (you said something about 4a2b being a boon to the entire profession)...you didn't respond but went tangental.
I cited two different union provisions for dealing with lean times for context without casting aspersions on you.
My source regarding 4a2b until your hissy has (as I stated) been entirely YOUR brethren. Sell them some magazines perhaps...they have bad attitudes apparently.
I then made an observation that some of you guys remind me of the UAL and DAL super heros of the late '90's.
And then you went Maddow. Hey...whatever floats your skirt.

You gave a 2nd hand account of how 4A2b was abused by the fdx. I acknowledged that. Again I only respond here when someone mischaracterizes 4A2b.
You have some that think that 4A2b is a give back. Some of us dont think so. Obviously reasonable men can not disagree. We mjust conform or sideshow will accuses us of going balisitic.
Now UPS and FDX handle furloughs differently, I guess you guys dont want to compare results so I wont. Bye Bye
