### It is against the APC Forum Rules to advocate any labor action which is not authorized by the RLA/NMB. This applies to ANY wildcat actions, including slowdown, work-to-rules, withdrawal of enthusiasm (WOE), sickouts, etc. It is irrelevant whether the union itself has anything to do with the action. Major unions have lost court cases and in one instance suffered severe financial damage in the process. Online posts, including anonymous posts and posts made here on APC, have been used in lawsuits against unions. Many major airlines are in negotiations at this time, and many are contentious. We have been contacted by major union legal teams regarding this issue. The rules here have not changed, but the enforcement will now result in a 30 day ban from APC for violations. Please don't sabotage your own union's efforts on your behalf.

Since the start of a New Year, I have been thinking about what I made last year and the year before and the year before those other years .................. I am not one of those "grab every chance to fly" or "volunteer all my days off" types, but it spikes my curiosity what I hear around the pattern, about some of our pilots making WAY MORE than $260,000 per year (high five planning stuff) and I have heard of some making around the $400,000 number ..........
BTW, my numbers came in around $225,000 so don't think I am being nosy without posting my stuff first ......................... I enjoy my days OFF and plan to keep it that way.

Unless that CAP of 260,000 for our A Plan is increased you will not have to worry about maxing out your A Plan. By the way, the OBRA limit is over that now according to SS. So we will have to negotiate to get an increase in our limit. More "great" long range planning from OUR union.

Invest some money and earn capital gains and you'll only pay 15%....
