I guess if you want/need your W-2 that much, you too could work in a coffee shop. I'm sure that they don't have over 200,000 employees, of which close to 5000 have a very complex pay scale. That aside, I believe that the company must get you your W-2 by the end of January, or at least they should put it in the US mail system by midnight, January 31st.

ADP is awesome. I wish we still had it here. Our W2s were available I think in the 1st or 2nd week of Jan last year.
They have to be in the mail by COB on the 31st. Oh well. I just hate taxes and want to get them over with. Haha
