How Does UPS make Post Interview Decision
Hey Fellas,
does anyone have any insite into how UPS makes it hiring decision after the interview. I saw on my folder there were places for scores on the SIM and interview portions. Then spaces for offered or not and infomation sent to new hires and uniform info. So is there a review board or do the Interviewers make the decision right then or what?
Just Curious.

Seriously though. They score you on your interview and score you on your sim ride. Then they put them together and depending on your score you get placed into the pool, into class or you get the "no thanks" letter. When selected for a class they will call you with the details. You could hear something straight away or wait up to 6 or 7 weeks.
Good luck.

I think they look through your application for spelling, grammar and punctuation mistakes and then make their decision based on that. Sorry!
