Once they're on line, what could one expect?

reserve. 15 days on in a 28 day bid period. If an intl. fleet, plan on the 15 to be grouped together. Otherwise, probably 8 on 7 off 7 on 6 off, or some sort of mixture.

A 727 FE who lives in SDF can expect a really cush life. I flew 3-4 times a month and they were all out and backs. I routinely would go several months between having a layover. If you commute get a nice crashpad and some hobbies because you'll have lots of free time.

How about an -8 FE? Same deal as the 727, or do they actually fly the -8 crews more?

L-ville is a great town. It is definitely a southern town despit its proximity to traditional midwestern locales. (We are 85 miles to Cincy and 2 .5 hours to Indy.) There are good public schools in the neighboring counties near L-ville and the Catholic schools in the city are fanstastic. L-ville public schools are terrible and still have forced integration, which means your kid could be going to school in the 'hood with the kids of gang bangers. JMO.

We have rolling hills and the fall colors are impressive. I like it and plan on staying here--unless a very early upgrade in Alaska presents itself!)

The -8 guys have a high QOL also, although I do not know specifics.

I don't really think Looneyville is all that great. I mean it's ok for a small city. The drivers here alone are enough to make me never want to live here.
