No comments as of late from the EB. Wondering if they aren't going back to the drawing board and reexamining this POS LOA?

Good luck with that, they will not agree to that unless we give up some serious capital. They won't even let you improve your line much less drop a trip. Only method to improve your line is calling in sick, sad!

I don't see it that way, I see it as a prelude to lifting the solidarity policy after peak or refining it . According to Bob T. letter, the union approached the company with this plan.

Given that the company still believes we are overstaffed, it is difficult to envision having enough furloughees back in pay status to lift the solidarity policy anytime soon.

Given the way that someone was screaming about that very topic two years ago (Our EB sold us a bunch of (RDG) bull****!!) it is interesting that we still do not have that ability.

Ok, you really lost me here. What do your "examples" have to do with the IPA?
Totally irrelevant, in my opinion.

To answer your question, no…you shouldn't post more.

I think most EB members go into the job with good intentions but something strange happens when they start working in the IPA building. Not sure if ups gets into their pockets or they just cave in versus hold onto what they originally stated they would do.

I don't fully trust the IPA, but I trust them more than I trust ups management, but that is not saying much.

Maybe the strange thing that happens when they get inside the IPA building is they find out it's much harder to actually accomplish something than telling everyone on a message board about how things should be?
