My ATT is 22%, but only on my portion of the bill (I.e. Not on my wife's data plan, or anything not attached to my line, such as unlimited texting). Also, I think there is a 20% discount on equipment. I don't think you can combine that with other discounts. For instance, if you get a new iPhone for $99 for a new two year commitment, you don't get an additional 20% off the $99. You do however get 20% off everything in the store (cases, Bluetooth headsets, chargers, etc).

Your service discount amount can be found by selecting Bill & Payments near the top of the screen, then selecting View Bill. Under the section labeled "TOTAL CREDITS, ADJUSTMENTS & OTHER CHARGES," the service discount amount will appear as the "National Account Discount." The service discount applies to the primary line under eligible agreements and excludes certain rate plan types and devices (for example, iPhone data features and packages).
