To use the Learning Management System from a web browser, the following minimum system requirements apply:

- Intel Pentium IV processor or equivalent, 2+ GHz
- Windows XP SP3 or higher
- Microsoft Explorer 6.x - Netscape is not supported
- 1 gig of RAM on XP and 2 gig of RAM on Vista/7
- 4 Gig of available disk space-Varies with install
- 256-color monitor capable of 1280x1024 resolution
- Audio device capable of 8KHz playback
- AVI and MPEG playback capability
- FedEx Corporate Intranet or Internet connection via DSL/Cable modem. NOTE: Dialup modems will not work
- Access to pilot.fedex.com
- The User must have administrative rights to the computer to allow downloads.
