Emphasis on a lot more than 6 years. The junior captain is around 7 years and a lot of guys sitting in the 6-7 year ranging waiting for a chance to upgrade.

We miss you too jrutt. The new 400 is headed from Roswell to Marana next week and will spend 6 weeks there being gutted before going to Xiamen for cargo door mods. On a positive note the company just settled several years of grievances and we now have 7 or 8 new LOUs. According to the MEC not much left to go on CBA. Just the hard stuff, right?

I'd heard that most of the companies proposals were give backs.... how much of the new contract is going to be concessionary in order for you to get a few bucks an hour more? For everyone's sake, I hope none...

I think they got the message when we voted down the last TA. Any concessions show up I doubt it would pass a vote. The company did propose salary increases at the last session, just not enough.

best of wishes and luck to you zoners.... it's beyond me how one of the oldest and most respected names in ACMI is dragging so far behind the likes of Kalitta, Atlas, World, Ryan, et al in terms of pay and benefits..

sounds like you'll all fix it.
