u can take ther eludes and mix them with your delusions, they have guys with 6years still flying right seat and making crap pay to do it, why do u think i left? great guys to fly with but other than that evergreen is going no where but status quo.

Been there going on 8 years and am not even close to Captain upgrade. We also down graded 2 Captains.

Did you ask to define quick upgrades? The answer would have been within 20 years.

They are most likely eluding to upgrades on the classic as 400s enter service. Many of the "modern" FOs would rather right seat on the 400 than upgrade on the classic. The key is getting more 400s in service which they are planning next year. If you don't mind steam gauges it is possible.
