curious, what's the manning requirements on the -400 for Evergreen? How many FO's and how many CA's? if you're getting 3, does this mean a lot of hiring or only a little?

To run a single 400 we have crews for about 3-5 A/C to cut down on airline tickets to meet it again. We fly then sit and wait for it to come back around in the system. As we get more -400's we will need more of our classic pilots to transition, but at some point we will start to become more efficient. Once we have enough initial 400's, then we can line up the numbers to be properly staffed.

"a lot of hiring or a little?" Anyones guess.
