Was called by CM for a class date in May and had to skip to next potential class due to family issues. It was one of the toughest decisions I have made, but dad is pretty important.....thanks EIA for the opportunity...

what is the acceptance rate on the recalls? Are guys finding better things in the time they're laid off or is the "shortage" still not there?

Default Recalls

I'd say about 75% are coming back. As to your secound question No shortage yet on this end. They have been saying that for the last 20 years.

The Geezers don't even start to retire for another 8 months. No shortage till then and maybe not even then.

The new ATP rule may become a factor. That may slow down some fellas making it up the line.

Not to worry though cause JRUTT will "do a side deal" and cover the vacancies for mgmt - manpower free
