That is not important. What is important is the fleet size. If we keep shrinking then it will be a while. We need to start growing before people leaving will be a factor.

that might be at a normal high budget airline with wide body international ops.... I'm willing to bet the Old Man at EZ keeps it closer to narrow body numbers.... maybe 6 guys per seat per plane.. Last I heard they're down to 7 planes now?

Over on FI there is a thread going on,

"another furlough to 42 crews with Captains at year 13 down graded to FO from January."

The hopes of getting pulled from the pool, just totally dashed now.
