Not to argue with you because I don't think you mean it this way.

A statement like that again demonstrates that the fqs jobs at UPS are the same as the union line pilot jobs.

With approximately 20% of the Captains on the 747 being non union guys the idea that they are actually managing anything is a undefended position.

The FQS's are simply a whipsaw/hammer to control labor, whose qualifications are at best no more and many times much less then the pilots they claim to lead.
