The only crew who log over 500hrs/ year are in Mia & Puerto rico

The pay scale on this website is fairly accurate, you will make peanuts as a FO ( but will not work that hard either )
As a gringo living in PR is there any chance of getting hired into the BQN base?

As a rule I know they like to hire local for Puerto Rico, as a gringo living their I think you qualify...
I am not sure but I beleive that the Caribean manager make the selection if approved will send you to headquarter in NC. His initial are J G ( last name is the same as a French Caribean island )
Go talk to the crew in Sju or Bqn, probably have more informations than I do.
