Mem Floater = you will cover other station run. ( 1 week you could be in Mem, the next in IND, etc...the only advantage of that is you do different runs and you get a little bit more money with travel pay & per diem )
The average yearly flight time is around 250 /300 hrs, it can go as low as 150 hr up to 450 hrs ( in mem ),
The only crew who log over 500hrs/ year are in Mia & Puerto rico
The pay scale on this website is fairly accurate, you will make peanuts as a FO ( but will not work that hard either )

As a rule I know they like to hire local for Puerto Rico, as a gringo living their I think you qualify...
I am not sure but I beleive that the Caribean manager make the selection if approved will send you to headquarter in NC. His initial are J G ( last name is the same as a French Caribean island )
Go talk to the crew in Sju or Bqn, probably have more informations than I do.
