When the soon-to-be furloughees brought up the contract's poor recall language with the previous IPA president at an ANC EB meeting, he laughed. Will the new president be more receptive if approached on this subject? Maybe this has been addressed on the B&G but I don't go there much anymore.

The truth is this furlough was result of both direct and indirect legislation. Mainly the obvious age 65 rule. I have come to realize that the only real way out of it is more government intervention and legislation.
