BidX Tech Support
If BidX seems to hang while importing a bid pack, it is usually due to a slow internet connection (actually, in every case I've ever seen that has been the case). If the bid pack is bad, there will be an error, and if the internet connection is bad it will time out.
iCal export... I need more info. Prior to OS 10.5, iCal export is not supported. If it won't export for 10.5 or later, we need to do some one-on-one support to figure out why. As for single days, versus whole trips, that is selectable in Preferences. iCal doesn't handle "all-day" events quite right. It sometimes shows them ending a day early. That is why I added the ability to split trips into separate days in the export.
Kaftkta - What OS/Processor are you running. There have been some issues with G4 processors, though I thought they were solved. If that is the case, email me and I can send you a PPC only version that hopefully won't crash. If it is crashing when dragging lines to the "Selected Lines List", (1) Let me know, and (2) hit the <Enter> key once a line is selected, rather than dragging them to get them over to that list. This was a rare bug that I've also seen but not been able to reproduce... but I thought it too was solved. If you can tell me the circumstances of the crash, I can take care of it.
Again, [email protected] gets you the best tech support.
