jayme,
Call it paranoid or whatever else you like to pigeon-hole it where it makes you feel good. Hyperbole is about all that's left to describe the sh@thole we're digging for ourselves.

You are making $300K, paying one of the lowest effective tax rates in history, and whining about $$. Just FYI, at my airline, the largest in the world, 23 years gets you half that... Cry me a river

The fact is there are no taxes coming out of anybody's check for "Obamacare." Calling you paranoid doesn't make me feel good. It's actually sad that people like you are so ideological that you actually believe that you are being taxed for something you're not.

What is sad is progressives who consider themselves so intelligent and superior that they presume to be able to run other peoples lives better than they could themselves.
They ridicule religious types for believing a fairy tale, yet they believe that there actually is a free lunch.
So who are the simpletons?
On a practical side, how do you figure its possible to provide "free" health insurance to a claimed 30-35 million people without taxing somebody to pay for it?
While you surf moveon.org for your talking point to answer pass some of that weed over here will ya?

The AP (8/4, Kusmer) reports Aetna “is the latest” health insurance company “to leave the individual policy market in Indiana in another sign of diminishing competition to benefit consumers who purchase policies through a state insurance exchange under the federal health care overhaul.” The company “informed the Indiana Department of Insurance in an April 29 letter that it intends to cancel all individual policies on Dec. 1. The letter was made public last week in a letter from Deputy Insurance Commissioner Robyn Crosson to the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services and posted on the state’s federal health care overhaul website.” In her letter, Crosson “said Aetna was leaving the Indiana individual market over a rule in the federal health care overhaul that insurers essentially must dedicate 80 percent of the premiums they collect to medical care.” A spokesperson for the company cited the high administrative costs of overseeing under 1,000 individual health insurance policies in the state.

Breathe...
Breathe again...
All I said was that "Obamacare" taxes do not exist. As far as I know, tax rates have only gone down since Obama took office in the form of a reduced payroll tax.
I also never said it was possible to provide "free" healthcare to anybody. You really need to calm down and lay off the assumptions about me.
