Default Problems viewing the FDX FIV LIDO

Is anyone else having problem using the FIV LIDO link thru PFC at home? I used to be able to look at charts and print them from home but now when I click on a chart, nothing appears. I know it's my computer because it works in the AOC, I just don't know what has changed.

Hello "Firehog" yes it´s also a possible Solution, i´m now remebering that at my Company´s Crewpage they´ve also put down a note saying That the Firefox is also available for Download for use with FIV and other Aplications that could be presenting Problems.

My Best Regards

Hello, the google chrome i´ve also tried out and it worked out the same way as Firefox. Just as a reference on the quick shortcut i made on my Computer for Acess to the FIV when i try to access to the FIV usually the Google Chrome browser is the first to appear.

My best regards
