Fixed... sort of
Ok, it's fixed for all under-60 folks. Most likely it will still not submit correctly for over-60 folks. If you are in the over-60 crowd and want to help me out, send me an email ([email protected]). As I am under-60, I do not know the possible responses it needs (nor the questions it will ask), as it won't show me those. Thanks! Either way, I'll have an update out this afternoon.

If so, then simply using the code for highest paying line without carryover should work....then code for Any Reserve line.
If not, bid those hard lines greater than RLG in descending credit hour value...than the code for Any Reserve line...then the code for highest paying line without carryover.
I believe this strategy should yield credit hours of pay during any complete month you're in training.
Everyone else agree??

Do all hard lines in your bid pack pay greater than RLG?

Given these facts, you need to rank all the flying lines by CH in the Bid month (CO or not,) either manually or using one of the two bidding programs available to us (BidX or FastBid.)
Then, in rank order, bid all the lines down to the last line that pays more than Average BLG. Then bid any Secondary line (9952.) Then bid the rest of the flying lines down to the last one paying more than Reserve Guarantee. Then bid any Reserve line (9954.) Then, if you are very junior, add any of the rest of the lines paying less than RLG. That will ensure you get the most CH when you bid pay only. Earlier this year, while going through training, I used this strategy. I was awarded a Secondary (VTO) line for Pay only. The guy one number senior to me used the Highest Pay w/o Carryover (9980) strategy and got a line paying way less than Average BLG, losing out on several Credit hours of pay.
Just my $0.02 worth.

That means the program you were trying to install (BidX in this case) was already open. Close all program windows and try again. Been there and done that with other programs.
