I'd have to say that from what I've read here, at least from a cohesive-group mentality, that IPA is the winner hands down. That said, one has to wonder why that came to be. Is it that pilot groups are more cohesive in Kentucky than they are in Tennessee?
Not sure if you noticed, but you answered your own question. The reason the IPA is more cohesive is that (IMHO) there is a vitriol hatred of the pilots at UPS by management, and I can tell you that it goes both ways. The only reason the MOU, JA OT ban, etc has worked so well for so long is that this place just keeps coming up with new reasons for their pilots to not only hate them, but not trust them as well.
Listening to our new leader today he touted that he wanted a more SWA like atmosphere, fun love and kumbyay....Right.
Putting everyone back to work would be a good start. (not gonna happen)
That was another 3+ hours of my life I will never get back.
