The company is refusing to negotiate any further until they know what the ramifications of "Global Warming" are going to be on our international operations.

And the Reserve line holders get paid?? The people put in Sub get paid?? Sitting 75/76 reserve could be interesting from a pay perspective without an agreement.

767 pay on reserve until a 757 trip is assigned. No dog in this fight but I'll support it.

At the previous Flag carrier I worked for, we were rated on the 767-300, 767-200, and the 757. Each airplane had its own payrate. Reserve Guarantee was paid at the the highest payrate regardless of what you flew. Lineholders pay was based on the aircraft flown.
