Coincidentally, JJ comments are in compliance with the MEC Policy manual, Union By Laws, and the Pravda Charter.

rumors...rumors...rumors...where would we be without them? .... As this is a forum, rumors can be productive for discussion

Exclamation rumors beg the questions

Could someone explain to me that if the possibility of a 767 coming to the property is real, why don't we negotiate its integration NOW under the umbrella of section 6 negotiations? Especially in light of our abysmal performance in arbitrations.

I would also like to know how MEC/NC chairman requests for unity are improved when one of the few changes to our current contract "negotiated" by this TA throw our new hire under the bus by making their first year worse. Is their quality of life not worth our time?

Yeah. Cause it's not a real possibility at all.

Simple, we have narrow body rates and wide body rates. If you fly the 767 you get paid wide body rates. Fly the 757 you get narrow body rates. Next question?

Kind of like the 777 and A-380, huh? I've heard that before....Of course we'll have guys (probably union officers) lining up to bid it...

I just heard a rumor that management has pulled the TA off the table for now. And will not negotiate any further, until they know what the repercussions stemming from the Japan earthquake, will be.
