They plan on hiring at least 200-300. That's just to cover retirements and some growth. Could hire up to 500 if oil doesn't get too high and the economy doesn't sputter.
Got to have a bid to deal with the above, TA or not.
I think the economy will have a significant impact on the bid. The TA will have a bigger impact because the addition of a FDA.
BTW, what does The GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast bomb (MOAB) (colloquially known as the The Mother Of All Bombs) have to do with it? You military guys kill me. When is your next mission?
