I just got it also. Looks like a mass email to say that it needs to be wrapped up soon.
By the way, reading the part about "entire employment history" makes me wonder if I have to go back to my teenage years. I put down 11 years worth. That is the standard for the background check in this industry. Do I need to go further; Are the rest of you putting every job you've every had?

Yeah, I was wondering about the employment section too. Things are still pretty vague. I started with my last employer during my college years, but I could potentially list another 3 or so if they want me to include high school. The other question I ask is, do they really need all my night time? I haven't logged night time for 4 years now... although I guess I could assume it's about half of what I fly.
