The Reason they are going to such lengths to "splain " this to you guys is that 95% of your arguments against the TA are based on the concept of the usual "big enchilada" section 6 negotiation process.

One in the same. The same guy who went out and sold himself as the king maker in the recent election. HE was the one who could make or break Prater, then Rice and finally Moak.

The same guy who has gone to other units and told them it was the "best deal out there"...

The same one who threatened a couple of the people in the ULP lawsuit...and because of his actions, will likely end up costing ALPA upwards of 2 million in fines and reparations to those folks.

Funny thing is that his mouthpiece has been oddly absent since the case went forward...
