OK I missed the expiration date of the grievance, change that line to next January.

I'd like to show you guys on this forum my pictures (the grand kids are really cute), but I'm on the 777 now and I know no one who posts here bid the jet:

4A beat me to it.
If that settlement was reached via arbitration, isn't it safe to say that another 4a2b "incident" while still under the current contract would result in a reversion to the language of that settlement letter?

What's an arbitrator going to do? Arbitrate the same case and make up a whole new solution?

The settlement agreement will expire within 12 months if the TA is not ratified.

Pipe,

I am no expert, and I am not staying at a Holiday Inn. I just log on the ALPA website and read the documents and communications from our elected reps and call or write them if I have questions. If you do the same, you will find that this settlement wasn't part of an arbitrators solution, it was part of the negotiations by our MEC to get the SIG back in the bidpack process. As I said in another thread, I look at this forum for entertainment, not factual information.

Personally, I think that the title of this thread should be "remember 4a2b then remember those sorry sob's at UPS".

Hopefully I and 105 others (providing we dont lose any more) will be lucky enough to even get an interview with the purple crowd.

Enough said, carry on.
