Fedex Pro Instuctor pay

Back in the day it was the same as a pilot interview. All the same tests, profiles, and sim ride. However, I don't think it will be that way since they don't meter to the line anymore.
You will still, I assume, be required to teach a lesson on an aviation subject of your choice.
The schedules are something to the effect of....
You get 4 protected days off in a 4 week bid month and 5 days off in a 5 protected days off in a 5 week bid month.
Your total days off are something like 10 days off in a 4 week bid month and 11 or 12 in a 5 week bid month.
The pros that I know can end up working 16 days in a row or be off 10 days in a row. All in the way they bid and the amount of training going on. There will usually be several reserves days built in as well.

To go back to the original post, what is the interview process like for this position. A friend of mine had a FEDEX number come up on their phone for an interview next week for a Pro instructor position. Just curious.

Disregard this post. I received the word straight from the source.

not included in cba, not line pilots = no contract. change of work rules/pay at the companies discretion.
If you are applying I hope you are retired from somewhere else. That appears to be all they are hiring. There is no desire to have pro's that have line flying ambitions (imply under 60).
