A friend posted this elsewhere.....
"Appears the new interview process will include a Cog Screen test similar to the one in use at Delta. I had a call today to see about getting legal rights to administer test and was told "Not no but hell no..." However, in discussion it was revealed that our training department (DT was mentioned) was in discussions with company on us using it too. So--plan on telling your sponsorees there will be some new wrinkles to the interview process. I'll post links to cog screen practice exams and info as I locate them."

I did the cog screen at Big D.....having a non-digital brain, I found it quite difficult. My informal survey says it disqualified more guys than any other portion of the interview process.
I don't think you will find relevant practice exams on-line, but there are some places to practice the actual exam....for a fee. Every guy that I know who failed the exam wished they had paid the exorbitant fee and gotten the actual practice.
If most buy the practice, it loses it's value as a screening tool, and becomes another high cost item for interviewees.
Just sayin"

I posted that on jetflyers, and the ATL doc that gave that test was told by the licenser to "cease and desist". I found this out as I tried to buy the rights to give the test for future Delta wannabes. Bottom line--the test is being controlled by the manufacturer very closely, and I am not sure getting a real practice hack will be possible any more.

Google came up with this... curious if anyone can say if it's in anyway related to what they saw at DAL or anywhere else.
