Screw all you jr. guys in a decade or two. This is what I'm talking about!
BTW the retirement age will be around 85 or so by then.

I'm just wondering with those numbers why I only remember seeing maybe 15 retirement fcif's. What is the code? Does there have to be an fcif for a retirement? Also it seems some fcif's are written by the retiree some by the company and maybe some are not put out at all. Is this at the discretion of the retiree?

Discretion of retiree.
A couple of years ago I jumpseated home with a Captain, just flew his last flight. Decided against the "car wash" and did not submit a FCIF. I suggested he should have had the "car wash" but he said he wasn't interested. My response: not for him, but the rest of us needed to see it FWIW, it was Dec '08

I'm calling it a career in March. Not even close to 65, but I've just about had enough of the rtw trips. You youngsters can move up a spot on the totem pole soon enough. Anyone wanna buy a cheap 30 yr pin on eBay?

We'll have your pin placed in a shadow box where the flight helmets are.

Curious to know why you picked March, if you are retiring early?
