Not necessarily true. I just checked not only our bid package but the website as well.
It's only a 30 Day look into the future but we're still showing CVG-LEJ on the Polar side of things.
If you're going to request a jumpseat here's the link. My recommendation is write down the flight you're interested in BEFORE going through the steps of the request because you will need that information. After pulling the schedule from the upper right hand corner hit the back button and click on the "Contact Us" button and follow the prompts.
Catering is USUALLY provided as I haven't seen any problems with offline jumpseaters as of late.
