Reread my post I told you how I got my "data". I think your 20% is pulled out of you arse too. My new hire class was about 50/50.

If you think FDX has a military hiring slant you should see the points vets get from the federal goobberment or walmart.

I actually said "less than 20%" and my class was just that...17.02% to be exact. And I don't "think" FedEx has a military hiring slant, they unequivocally do (at least since August 2004). Not saying that's good or bad, just a simple fact.
