Default FDX- Alternatives for HKG to SZX Deviation

It seems like there must be an easier way to get from HKG to SZX other than the scheduled DH through CAN with a two hr ground trans to SZX. Any suggestions for non HKG based crews? Ferry, bus, train or even taxi?

Take the HKG MTR from East TST stop to the end, then walk over to the China side, pass through immigration, get onto the Shenzhen MTR and take it to the Windows of the World stop and walk across the street to our layover hotel. Total cost $9.00 US and 2 hours door to door.

If you go to the airport in Terminal 2 downstairs, they have a shared cab ride (minivan) that will drive you to the hotel in Shenzen. Right around $20 and 1 hour ride. I had a chop letter and no problem at the border.

I don't remember the specific name, but it's downstairs in the terminal. Just follow the signs for "mainland china", "ferries", etc. It's over to the left, just see the lady there, tell her where you are going, and they'll put a sticker on your chest. When ready, the driver will gather all the people wearing that type of sticker.
