I didn't know about the forced writing campaign on company time at Brown. Not surprised some still feel dirty about it. Is that even legal?

It's not Business 101, it's Business 101 with UPS.

"bending public power for private advantage?"

"hindering a competitor?"

Neither side comes to the table with clean hands on this. Which side is fighting for a just cause, and which are dirty, rotten scoundrels is primarily a matter of who puts food in your bowl.

This video is a crock. So FedEx is whining because UPS is lobbying for equitable labor rules for 2 companies in the same damn industry(this whole one is a trucking company trying to run an airline and vice versa doesn't matter. Yes they ARE the same, period). I am sure there are dirty deeds on both sides. Nevertheless, ultimately the playing field is being leveled and FedEx is throwing a tantrum.

Wow who would have thought zappata would have come down on the anti FDX side. I am shocked. I think Delta, and American should follow the same rules too.

Zapata,

I know it doesn't make YOU feel dirty but this mandatory mail-in campaign on company time will likely cost your company in court.

It's a shame that pesky legal stuff is getting in the way of world domination over there.

Before you ask "What airline?"
Why UPS, of course.

If you were being sarcastic, I am not anti-Fedex at all. Just anti-double standard.

Pax airlines? Are you kidding?
