Being disgruntled has nothing to do with UPS, these kind of people enjoy being disgruntled....its a lifestyle.

Any more news on the FQS card effort? My sources have dried up for the time being.

Probably true. Regardless these folks will be gone in five years or less while a upset 40 yr old fourlughee could have 25 years left to be
Ticked off
I'm only thinking out loud and have no special knowledge of ups's intentions

Three of which are not:

1. Never Been Furloughed from UPS
2. Captain most of their career
3. Extra 5 years to pad income/retirement

Yes, we are aware and most will validate your reasons. However, the division of seniority groups should not be the issue or the topic du jour.

At some point the chest-beating of "who has it worse" and "who has paid the most dues" should be replaced with "how corporate greed has weakened our profession and job security" and "what should our legal response be to protect our livelihoods".

In the end, the senior group needs the junior group and the junior group needs the senior group. Their common enemy is the same.

Not directed at you specifically, but I believe those who face actual enemies might find someone who calls their employer their enemy to be deficient in worldly wisdom or judgment.

Agreed, I was amused by the prior idea/solution of keeping the senior guys, so there would not be any disgruntled employees here.

To Household:

Please ban "Kibutznik" for a while (or forever). This is just the kind of behavior we don't want here.
