That's a comprimise? Kind of like it's a comprimise that you sign the ticket the cop gives you for speeding? Or it's a comprimise that you file, and pay your taxes? I know that's how I always comprimise with the government.

UPS, if they are forced to, will cooperate and let the FQS's join the IPA.

They do not want 150 irritated past FQS's who they tried to put on the bottom of the seniority list. They know that the FQS's could mess up the operation much more quickly than "NO FAVORS, NO WAIVERS". They are rock headed at times, but not stupid.

Seriously, you know that won't happen. Look at this objectively. Both sides have much to loose. Compromise will happen in the end. I am not taking sides, just looking at this thing objectively.
