Actually, it was earlier this year. Feb IIRC. And it's not $500. That's only for us pilots, as spelled out in the CBA. The rest of the company gives 100% match for the 1st 1% of salary, and 50% match on the next 5% of salary. So if an employee takes out at least 6% of their salary, the company kicks in 3.5%. It doesn't get above $500 until the employee has earned more than $14285 for the year. Obviously, if you make a lot, the match can be fairly big. My SO's match for last year (if the company hadn't cancelled it,) would have been over $1500.

Is he any good? Not that it matters if there are millions backing him up, but I'm just curious how good he is at QB and if anybody saw him play in HS?
