Default The Latest and Greatest at UPS

Even after everything shakes out here at UPS your head will have to be examined if you seek employment at Brown. But then again if you would like to be in perpetual training, fly backside of the clock for 20yrs, have reverse economic job security and do scheduling, dispatch, and training jobs for them every bid period you should apply here, just put in for management only though that's all they are hiring.

" wRning the above message is purely flame bait and bitter vitriol, as such anyone offended as a brown manager or line guy, I don't care the partys over at Brown, welcome to the new brown world order just another night freight job hardly better than any other."

Wink

Hey what complaining about you come here get good flight training and several differnt type ratings in matter of months then be on your way to seek better employment elsewhere. There are a lot you can do with a 767/md11/74-400 types after all why pay for flight school when you can come to ups and train for free.

Thumbs up

Don't forget how valuable the DC8 Flight Engineer training is to your job hunt in Asia.

sad but true.

i would never advise anybody to come here. these thugs have furloughed families in alaska. they have not a care or thought for employees.

best days are long over for ups pilots. it will only get worse and for those of us a little more senior, the fact that ups is violating our scope to move boxes should scare the hell out of you.

Hey i feel like i'm back in commuter days again, building flight times and looking for a job somewhere else. Who knew you were coming to ups to build jet time and get more qualified so other airlines can benefit. They should change thier model from this is the last job you'll ever have to this is the best training you'll ever get. Welcome to 747 class and enjoy your career at fedex.

The best part is the monkey picture.

UPS management always tells us a trained monkey can do our job.

Good luck to all.

I ask this not as flamebait, rather just wanting to know.

What is the IPA advising the crewforce to do with open time and over time???
