No open time pick up. No Junior available. Both of which the union can legally request per our contract during a time of layoffs. Executive Board member recently stated that occurrences of open time pickup that have been verified since the union has requested no pick up is in the low single digits. Although management is spreading rumors that people are picking up it is false information designed to break our resolve, again from the union office.

Even after everything shakes out here at UPS your head will have to be examined if you seek employment at Brown. But then again if you would like to be in perpetual training, fly backside of the clock for 20yrs, have reverse economic job security and do scheduling, dispatch, and training jobs for them every bid period you should apply here, just put in for management only though that's all they are hiring.

I suggest you send that info to TK on the EB. The company has been mis-coding things. Its accomplishing what they want, just as your comment on this board has done. If its true, it would make about four in the last two months.
