looks like the efb is coming to the stone age finally. i've looked at the online presentations, but is there any kind of computer based trainer available? i'd like to do some simulated hands-on practice.

The bus has had cmi training for the efb for years, and is required to use it in the sim for the last two years, but still not close to being in the airplane.

The 757's are getting ACARS as well. We have two on property that already have it.

Our 757's had a screwed up system using software in the EFB. It worked until the company at the other end went tango uniform.

Now they are installing/activating the real ACARs like everyone else has.
