You ignored the sign that said "Wet Paint" and decided to touch it yourself to find out. Don't expect me to be in too much of a hurry to go out of my way to get you a hanky.

I find it interesting that a guy who knowingly took a substandard deal on the hopes that it might get better is calling someone else a "Bozo"

Beyond that, we don't really gain anything more when 4.A.2.b. "ends" - do we?
The REAL question is how much do we remember this as a crew force when it is over regardless of the outcome of the arbitration IMO. Do too many of us just breathe a sigh of relief and head back to the trough while our negotiation committee asks for unity and support in contract talks?

Hopefully what we gain from 4a2b is a lesson learned about the kind of people we are dealing with on the other side of the table and that we have the power, regardless of the arbitrator's decision, to get back every penny of 4a2b. The question is do we have the resolve?

BTW..if you bid the 777 or HKG expecting the rest of the group to give up anything to make your life better I think you made a huge mistake. Not saying we shouldn't get a better deal if we can, just that it is not a priority on my list. Bid what you want, want what you bid still means something..
