Parts of the debris including a wing and an engine ended up on the airport highway (parallel to runway 11/29) at around 23:30L (04:30Z Apr 14th). We at UPS know that we have no fear of being kidnapped because the kidnappers know that UPS won't pay to get us back so why waste their time.

I contacted my union block rep back when the H1N1 virus was thought to be spreading all over Mexico. The company put out that ridiculous FCIF about hand-washing and what not. I asked him how all of this would be enforced and what were we doing to insure safety and health of our crews. He said he'd get back to me, but never did. I would expect a similar response from the company on any other safety issues down there. Do nothing and hope nothing bad happens.
