On a different but related subject ...

I'm on R24 this month (MEM 11 CA). Currently working 18 of 19 RSV days (could end up being all 19 days, not yet within last 24hr assignment window). Obviously over RLG (can they do that?), sort of expect to get launched to Europe from HSTBY as soon as the volcano cools it's "jets" (which would put me WAY over RLG!).

If you have exceeeded RLG, any remaining R days are required to be removed.

CBA 25.M.1.g. If a reserve pilot has met or exceeded his RLG, his remaining R-day(s) in the bid period shall be removed without pay consequence.

but.....if you have even 1 minute remaining to reach RLG, and you have a day (or days) left on reserve......they can assign you a single trip covering any/all the DAYS that you have remaining for the month - no matter how much over RLG that will put you.

(they just have to pay you 150% for the CH's over RLG)
