Default last minute taxes...Insurance deductible?

Anybody know with any certainty weather our Loss of Licence Insurance is deductible. I did some research on the web and it would appear that it is.

Loss of (medical) License insurance is not tax deductible.

The good news is that if you have to collect, the insurance payments are tax free.

What you may have been looking at on the web are programs that help you in legal defense of your license during an FAA proceeding. These premiums would be deductible.
